Crystal Figueroa is a dedicated bilingual medical professional with extensive experience in vascular care, patient coordination, and clinical operations. She works closely in partnership with Dr. Naiem Nassiri at The Vascular Care Group, supporting the full scope of clinical coordination for patients throughout their diagnostic, procedural, and follow-up care.

As the Lead Medical Assistant for TVCG CARES — The Center for Vascular Anomalies and Rare Entities, Crystal plays a central role in the coordination and continuity of care for patients with complex and rare vascular conditions. Her responsibilities extend beyond traditional clinical support; she ensures organized communication, prepares patients for multidisciplinary evaluations, assists with care planning, and helps patients navigate the unique pathways associated with vascular anomaly care.

With more than 15 years of experience in diverse medical settings, Crystal brings a strong foundation in patient communication, clinical workflow management, and documentation accuracy. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and their dog. She values family, connection, and creating meaningful moments in her free time — qualities that also shape her compassionate approach to patient care.
